Highlights from the report include:

-Lower portfolio emissions: GHG intensity per €1M revenue is down year-over-year. 100% of portfolio companies with at least one full year in the fund now measure Scopes 1, 2, and material Scope 3 emissions.

-Our own footprint: Since 2022, BlackPeak Capital has reduced total emissions by 35%, and carbon intensity per employee by 3.4 tCO₂e.

-Job creation: Our portfolio companies support 1,960 jobs, including in underserved regions like Vratsa, Bulgaria.

-Corporate governance: All portfolio companies uphold anti-discrimination, anti-corruption, and Code of Conduct policies. 86% have formal environmental, cybersecurity, and sustainability policies in place, with the rest actively progressing toward them.

-Zero exposure: Consistent with our responsible investment strategy, we maintain 0% exposure to tobacco, fossil fuels, or high-emission energy generation.

The report also showcases innovation in action:

Wiser is contributing globally to climate monitoring, environmental management, and disaster mitigation.

Telelink Infra is using a digital platform to automate and optimize on-site processes — enabling precise reporting, remote quality control, and fully paperless project handovers that reduce emissions.

Our ESG progress is built on the conviction that long-term value creation requires responsibility and resilience. We’re proud of the momentum and even more committed to the road ahead.
