Our investment strategy

We invest in high-growth companies with proven business models across Southeast and Central Europe, our main targets being Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia. Our focus is on export-oriented companies with unique competitive advantages on a regional or global scale or on clear domestic market leaders in specific niches. We invest tickets of EUR 5-20m primarily in growth equity, but can employ a range of structured finance instruments, such as mezzanine or convertible debt, to match the founders’ unique funding needs.
