We are pleased to announce that Austrian Post has agreed to acquire a 70% stake in euShipments.com.

For BlackPeak Capital, this transaction also marks a successful first exit from the Southeast Europe Growth Equity Fund I (2021) - a partnership that began in 2022 with a shared vision for building a regional leader in e-commerce logistics.

On 28 November 2025, Austrian Post signed a definitive agreement to acquire the majority stake in euShipments.com, the leading integrated cross-border delivery and fulfilment provider in Southeast and Eastern Europe. Subject to regulatory approval, the closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2026, with an option for Austrian Post to acquire the remaining 30% within the next four years.

With a team of 350+ e-commerce specialists, more than 100% annual growth since founding, and expected revenues of ~EUR 50 million across key markets including Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, and Slovakia, euShipments.com has established itself as a category leader in one of Europe’s most dynamic sectors.

A Vision to Build a Borderless Delivery and Fulfilment Network

Founded in 2012 by Lora Dimitrova (Shareholder & IT Product Owner) and Svetlozar Dimitrov (Shareholder & CEO), euShipments.com has built a business model centred on providing innovative, tech-enabled logistics solutions tailored to the needs of online merchants. Today, more than 1,300 online retailers rely on the company to manage their entire logistics cycle - from fulfilment and domestic and international deliveries to returns management, COD services, IOSS, and other value-added solutions.

The company operates 7 proprietary fulfilment and cross-border facilities in six countries and partners with over 60 last-mile couriers, offering more than 800 delivery methods across Europe.

A new chapter of development and growth

"Together with Austrian Post, we are now opening a new chapter of development and growth. This strategic partnership will strengthen our regional position, expand our service portfolio and network, and enhance our efficiency",

says Svetlozar Dimitrov, Co-Founder and CEO of euShipments.com

Four Years of Partnership and Transformation

BlackPeak Capital invested in euShipments.com in 2022 with the goal of supporting the founders in the next stage of the company’s development. We partnered closely with the founders and management team to help build the leading integrated e-commerce parcel logistics and fulfilment platform in Southeast Europe.

Over the course of the partnership, euShipments.com underwent significant transformation and expansion:

- Six new fulfilment locations opened;

- 40,000+ m² of operational space added;

- Processing capacity increased to 1+ million parcels per month;

- 300+ new jobs created;

- Courier network expanded to 60+ partners;

- Presence in 7 new markets established;

- Achieved 10x revenue growth since investment.

A key milestone of this period was the successful execution of a focused M&A strategy, resulting in four strategic acquisitions in Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, and Slovakia. These companies were seamlessly integrated into the euShipments.com network, strengthening regional capabilities and accelerating the group’s growth.

We are confident that the new chapter with Austrian Post will afford numerous opportunities for the company to expand further and strengthen its position as

 a trusted partner for online merchants across Europe”,

shares Angel Stefanov, Partner at BlackPeak Capital.

A Strong Strategic Partner

Austrian Post is one of Europe’s established logistics groups, operating in 13 countries and serving more than 150 million consumers. The acquisition of euShipments.com aligns with its LEAD 2030 strategy to become the preferred e-commerce logistics partner across Austria, CEE, Türkiye, and beyond. This partnership positions euShipments.com for further international growth while preserving its entrepreneurial DNA and commitment to clients.

A Milestone Exit for BlackPeak Capital

This transaction marks the first exit of the BlackPeak Southeast Europe Growth Equity Fund I (2021). It stands as another example of what can be achieved when visionary founders and disciplined growth capital work together with shared goals, long-term commitment, and a focus on responsible scaling.

We are proud to have been part of euShipments.com’s journey and look forward to watching the company continue its success on the European stage in partnership with Austrian Post.
