Resalta's projects enable the saving of more than 30,000 tons of CO2 per year. 

 

BlackPeak exited Resalta in 2024 with a sale of its stake to Aggreko, a world leading provider of energy solutions that has operated since 1962 and has more than 6,000 employees across 65 countries. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.
