BlackPeak fully exited the company in 2026 upon Austrian Post's finalisation of their acquisition of a 70% stake in euShipments.com as part of their LEAD 2030 growth strategy - a transaction that reflects both the strength of the platform built and the regional opportunity ahead. The transaction won "Deal of the Year" at the Forbes Business Awards 2026.
