BlackPeak exited Bulpros in 2021 with a sale of its stake to pan-European private equity fund Silverfleet Capital. Silver Fleet Capital invested in parallel in Bulpros and EC4U, a German IT firm, and created a leading European digital transformation company under the brand “Digitall.”
